Terms of Service

Welcome to Leader AI ("the Company", "we"). These Terms of Service constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the User") and the Company regarding use of the Leader AI platform at getleader.ai. Using the platform, checking the acceptance box, or making a payment constitutes full acceptance of these terms. These terms are governed by Israeli law, and any dispute shall be adjudicated by the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa.

Leader AI provides an AI-powered CRM platform, including:

• Automated AI agents for customer communication, including an AI voice agent that places phone calls
• WhatsApp, SMS, and email conversation management
• Digital marketing tools and campaign management
• Landing pages, analytics, and performance reports
• Integrations with third-party platforms (Meta, Google, and more)

The Company provides technology infrastructure only. The User determines recipients, message content, and timing.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate and current information during registration.
• You may not transfer your account to another person without prior written consent.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Before activating an account, or at any time thereafter, the Company may require identity verification, including government-issued ID and verification of ownership of a phone number or email. Failure to cooperate may result in suspension or termination.

Permitted use: Legitimate lead management, business communication with consenting recipients, and lawful digital marketing. Prohibited use:

• Sending spam or marketing messages without explicit prior consent
• Using the system for illegal purposes
• Distributing offensive, threatening, or misleading content
• Impersonating or falsifying the sender identity
• Attempting to breach security or access other users' data
• Using unauthorized bots or automation tools

The platform integrates with Meta (Facebook/Instagram), WhatsApp Business API, Google Ads, and others. Use of these services is also subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for changes, interruptions, or issues with third-party services.

• The platform offers a 14-day free trial.
• After the trial, advanced features require a paid subscription.
• Sending messages (WhatsApp, SMS, email) is charged from your credit wallet.
• Message pricing is detailed on the Plans page and may change with prior notice.
• Purchased credits are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
• The Company may set fair-use limits on message and call volume.

All rights in the platform, including code, design, logos, AI algorithms, and content, belong to Leader AI. Content you create using the platform remains your property. You may not copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer the platform.

• The service is provided "AS IS." We make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability but do not guarantee it.
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
• We are not liable for content generated by AI agents. The User must review and approve all content before sending and bears full responsibility for anything the AI agent says or sends on their behalf.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• The User will fully indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its owners, officers, and employees from any damages, losses, expenses, fines, penalties, or liability, including statutory damages under the Anti-Spam Law, attorneys' fees, and legal costs, arising from the User's message content, the absence of consent, or any breach of these terms or applicable law.
• This indemnity extends to class actions, third-party demands, and demands from any regulator, carrier, or channel provider (including SMS, WhatsApp, and telephony providers).
• The User will pay any amount owed under this section within seven days of the Company's written demand.
• This indemnity survives termination.

• We may immediately suspend or close, without prior notice, any account that violates these terms, and upon a spam complaint, a demand from a regulator, carrier, or channel provider, or a court order.
• Suspension or closure does not entitle the User to any refund and does not limit the User's indemnification obligations.
• You may cancel your account at any time from account settings.
• After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted, unless retention is required by law.

Checking the acceptance box and clicking to confirm, including at the payment step, constitutes the User's binding electronic signature on these terms for all purposes. The Company retains a record of the acceptance timestamp, terms version, and accepting party's identity, which serves as prima facie evidence.
